Seriously be careful. In South America you cant have phone outside. They stole 20 phone's from me in a year. I had knives under my pillow and 2 in by belt always. Maybe China is more respectful. But traviling these days is unsafe. They plan to close the world again. You could be stuck there. Have copies of all your documents and back up. China is a closed country. Ww3 can break out any day.
